HES 100 - Concepts in Healthful Living This course is designed to teach students that healthful living is not a destination, but a journey. Wellness is not a static condition, but a continual balancing of the different dimensions of human needs-spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, physical, occupational, and environmental. Students must understand that they are responsible for their own growth in these areas, and the course emphasizes the importance of selfresponsibility. Fall, Spring, Summer
