BIO 281 - Human Anatomy and Physiology Prerequisite(s): Prior laboratory course in biology or chemistry. Introductory survey course in human anatomy and physiology. Major topics covered include cellular structure and function, skeletal, muscle, nervous, special senses, and endocrine systems. Fall, Summer NOTE: Biology, pre-medical, medical technology, preforestry and biology teacher education majors may enroll in this course for elective credit only i. e. , credits will not count toward biology major However, if both BIO 281 and BIO 282 are completed, four hours of credit can count toward the major.
Three lecture hours and three laboratory hours per week. Hours: 4
