LED 537 - Leading Change, Innovation, and Agility

Explores the theoretical, practical, and contextual aspects of leading change, cultivating innovation, and designing organizations for agility. In this application-oriented course, attention will be given to managing uncertainty and conflict, assessing organizational culture and climate, awareness of stakeholders and power dynamics, and leader and organizational adaptability.
