LED 517 - Foundations of Leadership
An overview of key leadership and organizational behavior theories with the goal of applying those theories to contextual leadership practice. Drawing upon a wide range of concepts and applications, the course explores the critical role leaders play in ensuring that organizations perform in an effective, meaningful, healthy, and socially redeeming manner. This research-based course encourages students to develop their own conceptual leadership frameworks.
