LED 511 - Business & Finance for Leaders
In this course students analyze tools, methods, and problems in financial management, revenue sources, budget preparation, and decision making. Students will also develop an understanding of budget planning and management aligned with organizational goals. Emphasis will be placed on data driven budgeting models including budget policies, creation, funding, monitoring, modification, and planning for future fiscal years.
