OCC 633 - Administration and Program Development
Pre-requisite: Completion of first year courses.
Course focusing on the basic administrative and management aspects of occupational therapy service delivery, including but not limited to program planning; developing a budget; marketing strategies; supervision of personnel; team building; case management; obtaining and maintaining third-party reimbursement; human resources; legal and ethical issues; and requirements of healthcare institutional accreditation.
