HES 453 - Application of Theories
Prerequisite(s): Student must be classified as junior or senior. This course describes prevalent educational and psychological theories of learning and behavior change used by public health practitioners and academics in a variety of settings. Explores considerations for incorporating health promotion and education activities into the design of local, regional and national public health programs.
