HES 408 - Critical Issues in Sport
Prerequisite(s): HES 331 or Instructor Permission. The course is designed to explore current issues in the sports world and the relationship of these issues to problems in business and society. The course will seek to provide students the opportunity to examine more closely issues such as drug use among athletes, contract and labor struggles, educational issues, racial and gender equity questions, and other contemporary topics as they may arise during the course of the semester.
