ENT/SCE 465 - Entrepreneurial Capstone Experience The Entrepreneurial Capstone Experience is a course designed to allow students to gain experience working with and solving a problems for a real small business. Students are placed in small teams of 3-5 students and assigned to a local company. The students coached by a faculty member, meet with the firm and identify a problem to work on during the semester. Students should anticipate client visits throughout the semester. Students learn to assume the role of a consulting organization, author and execute to a statement of work and focus on one aspects of the firm’s business. This course helps to mold skills around creative thinking, strategic planning, and business professionalism. Each team will prepare a client report and deliver recommendations for the client during a final presentation. Fall/Spring
