BEARS CLUB The Bears Club is the official fundraising arm of Lenoir-Rhyne University Athletics. Founded in 1946, the Bears Club coordinates the annual athletic fundraising, capital and endowment gifts for Lenoir-Rhyne Athletics. The purpose of the Bears Club is to support athletic scholarships and program costs for Lenoir-Rhyne’s 22 men’s and women’s intercollegiate athletic teams.

MUS 105 - Keyboard Harmony I Hours: 1
MUS 112 - Understanding Music Hours: 3
MUS 160 - Fundamentals of Music Theory I Hours: 4
MUS 165 - Fundamentals of Music Theory II Hours: 3
MUS 357 - Music in Society Hours: 3
Music in Practice courses:
Performance Practicum - Must successfully complete MUS 109 four times
MUS 109 - Co-curricular Performance Practicum Hours: 0
Applied Music Lower Division - Choose courses to repeat for a total of 4 hours
MUS 131 - Applied Music-lower Division Hours: 1
Ensembles: Complete a total of 4 hours for one of the following courses, based on musical focus
MUS 151 - Music Ensembles Hours: 1
* MUS 151L - Wind Symphony - for instrumentalists

* MUS 151A - A Cappella Choir - for vocalists
