BUS 538 - Business Networks and Systems Thinking The ever increasing complexity of today’s global business environment necessitates a holistic, longitudinal understanding of business policy, strategy and activities. This course provides students with an understanding of the development, dynamics and use of inter-organizational, intra-organizational and professional development social networks to effectively influence organizational and personal outcomes. In addition, students will be exposed to the principles and methods of systems thinking in order to analyze both the short-term and long-term effects of organizational decisions.
