BUS 560 - Healthcare Leadership and Management This course provides a comprehensive study of leadership and management in healthcare administration, preparing students to meet the demands of executive roles in complex organizational environments. Students will examine foundational leadership and management theories and their application to healthcare systems, gaining insight into how leaders and managers influence organizational direction, performance, and accountability. The course explores governance and ethics, strategic planning, and resource management, equipping students to design vision driven strategies while ensuring ethical and effective use of financial and human resources. Students will also study adaptive leadership and change management, learning how executives drive innovation and transformation in healthcare delivery. Fall
