EDU 344 - Math Methods I for Elementary Teachers

Co-requisite(s): EDU 324L
This course focuses on the algebraic-thinking and geometry & measurement strands. It covers patterns, relations, variables, foundational algebraic reasoning, geometric concepts, spatial reasoning, measurement principles, and applications. Designed to prepare future elementary mathematics teachers, it examines traditional, innovative, and reflective approaches to teaching these strands. When Offered: Spring. Minimum grade of “B-” required for education majors.
