PSP 325 - Organizational Behavior Principles
Prerequisite(s): PSP 100.
The course provides the student with a basic understanding of the fundamentals related to the application of behavioral principles in many types of firms. Topics to be covered include motivation, group dynamics, leadership, followership, and the manager’s role as a driving force for change. When Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer. Cross-listed BSB 325.
