BUS 540 - Data Analysis for Healthcare Management

Healthcare managers who leverage data analysis can make more informed decisions, leading to better outcomes. This course equips students to manage and integrate data-driven decisions in healthcare, enabling them to strategize and communicate insights effectively. Students will learn to generate, aggregate, and analyze healthcare data using clinical datasets, patient-generated health data, and digital medical records. The course emphasizes problem-solving and the use of data visualization tools and quantitative techniques to tackle healthcare challenges. By the end, students will have a solid understanding of data analysis, dashboarding, and clinical intelligence platforms.
