LED 575 - Leadership and Management Practicum

Pre-requisite: LED 517, LED 527, LED 537, ACC 501, BUS 511, BUS 513, BUS 514
Co-requisite: BUS 534
This course equips students with the ability to address real-world challenges through the application of knowledge and skills acquired in both the MBA and MAL programs. Participants will actively design and execute a significant workplace-based project. Engaging in the exploration of a leadership challenge or opportunity, they will apply insights gained in their dual degree program to formulate strategic action plans and initiate the initial stages of implementation. The course emphasizes the utilization of professional skills honed throughout their MBA and MAL programs.
