NTR 570 - Dietetics Capstone

Pre-requisite: Acceptance into the MS Nutrition DI Track program; Last semester of MS Nutrition coursework.
Culminating project which demonstrates the student’s professional-level proficiency in nutrition and dietetics. In completing the project, students will apply their skills and knowledge in addressing a real-world nutrition-related challenge. Resources for entry into professional practice (job search skills) and RD exam preparation tips are also reviewed.
