Pre-requisite: Acceptance into the MS Nutrition Dietetic Internship Track program, Rotation documents (Facility and Preceptor Information Forms, Memorandum of Affiliation current) complete and approved by the student’s faculty advisor.
Practicum rotation focused on management of foodservice operations.
