POL 525 - Environmental Policy

This course introduces the major national debates in the United States over environmental politics and policy. Case studies of landmark laws, decisions, and regulations will be explored. At the conclusion of the course, students should be able to situate the struggle for clean air and water as well as a sustainable and equitable climate in a historical and theoretical manner. Three credits.
