EDU 518 - Distributing, Facilitating & Collaborating-leadership for the 21st Century

This foundations course offers theory, research, and reflection on the current place of education in the culture, legal considerations, settings and modes for delivery of services, and a global consideration of education in the 21st century. It will also introduce such contrasts as teacher leadership, distributive leadership, collaboration and decision-making. These constructs will frame who school can implement a common vision in this day of site-based decision
