THL 550 - Lutheran Confessions

This course focuses on the content and history of the Lutheran Confessions and their reception in the Lutheran church until the present. Students engage in an in-depth study of the confessional documents and are encouraged to address both the content and authority of the Confessions for Lutheranism today in the context of public ministry.
