EDU 618 - Differentiation


This course is a study of decision-making processes involved in adapting, accommodating and differentiating instruction to facilitate student learning. Strategies appropriate for students with diverse learning styles and at varying skill levels, particularly for students in special education, gifted and English language learner populations are addressed. IEP and ELL development and implementation are key components of this course. This course includes strategies for classroom management, with a focus on Positive Behavior Supports.
