EDU 625 - Law and Ethics in Education

Examines legal issues relevant to K-16 education to provide students with the fundamental knowledge of education law for administrators in a variety of educational settings. Topics include the legal governance of higher education, academic freedom, affirmative action, and legal issues pertinent to personnel, risk management, curriculum, student services, faculty and students.
