LED 557 - Personal Leadership Development and Ethics

Examines the theoretical and practical foundations for personal leadership development and ethical leadership. Specific areas of focus will include leader capacity and capability, emotional intelligence, leadership style, and building support networks. The course encourages reflection on the ethical considerations of power, conflict management, and personal concerns for integrity.
