BUS 528 - Non-Profit Leadership and Governance
Non-Profit Leadership and Governance is designed to teach the student the essentials of leadership and management in the Non-Profit with special emphasis on governance. Legal foundations and the role of the Board will be examined in order to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Students will assess and develop strategies, processes, and policies that will ensure ethical behavior within the organization. On Demand
