BUS 537 - Project Management
Project management is an in-demand skill across all profit and non-profit sectors. This course uses the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) to provide students with the necessary skill sets to effectively lead and execute projects. Students will also work with common tools for managing projects. Upon successful completion of the course, students will qualify to take the PMI-CAPM® exam. On Demand
