POL 332 - International Law and Organization
Prerequisite(s): POL 130 or permission of the instructor. Examination of the nature, sources and effectiveness of international law. Review of significant cases in such areas as law of the seas, laws of war, recognition and legal subjects, etc. Also, the course will cover international organizations (purposes, structure and effectiveness) in attempting to bring order to the anarchy of international politics.
