NUR 419 - Transitional Critical Care Clinical



Prerequisite(s): Completion of all 300 Level Nursing Courses.
Prerequisite(s) or Co-requisite(s): NUR 425  

This is a concurrent course for students repeating Nursing 425  or students needing a clinical course related to critical care. Building on previous knowledge and experience, this course continues to prepare the student to focus on prevention, promotion, and restoration of biophysical health of adults. Students will use the nursing process as a means of critical thinking. Students are expected to demonstrate specific competencies within the following categories: teamwork, professional values/ethics, client-centered care, leadership, evidence-based practice, quality and safety, and information technology. When Offered: Fall.
